Renegade Squadron Battlefronts: Geonosis
From SWGames, the Star Wars Games Wiki, currently editing over 2,049 articles
The Battle on Geonosis in Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron takes place in several bunkers dotted around an open messa. It is fairly bright and the bunkers have holes in the roofs and two large entrances/exits, giving the bunkers plenty of light. There is also a downed CIS cruiser nearby.

[edit] Command Posts
There are Health and Ammo Droids at every command post.
[edit] Rebel Alliance/Galactic Republic
[edit] Downed CIS Cruiser
The Downed CIS Cruiser is actually a command post in the middle of an open area. To the right there is the actual downed CIS cruiser, and to the left there is a huge rock, which can be stood on (With a Jetpack/Jumpack). By continuing left you will find the Command Bunker 1. Both of the Republic/Rebels Vehicles spawn here. The actual downed cruiser is a great hiding place for a Sniper Rifle or Guided Rocket attack.
[edit] Listening Post 1
The Listening Post 1 is near the actual downed CIS Cruiser, and the rock that can be stood on. There is another rock near the Health and Ammo droid, which provides great cover from Sniper Rifle shots. There is an underground "tunnel" which provides a great route of attack for the Empire/CIS. this command post is hard to keep but using the Vehicles can greatly help.
[edit] CIS/Galactic Empire
[edit] Command Bunker 1
The Command Bunker 1 is a large room, made of rock, with two large entrance/exits and a hole in the roof. It is near the Downed CIS Cruiser and the Listening Post 1. It is quite hard to defend due to the many angles of attack, it is also easily surronded, but by standing near the 'windows' you gain cover and a good view of the room. The windows also provide a obvious sniping spot.
[edit] Command Bunker 2
This bunker is the same as the Command Bunker 1 except it spawns two Vehicles and is far from the battle. It is a good place for Guided Rockets.

[edit] The Emperor/Count Dooku
Force Lightning is suprisingly effective in the open areas as it 'jumps' from enemy to enemy. Force Choke is very effetive against enemy heroes. The Lightsaber attacks are good in one-on-one situations.
[edit] Ben Kenobi
The best strategy is to charge at enemies and cut them down with his Lightsaber. When facing against The Emperor, use Force Push and jump around his whilst staying near to him, as his lightsaber are not as good as Ben's, but his force attacks can stun and injure you.
[edit] Mace Windu
Use his strong attacks to clear out enemies, and when in the open just sprint towards cover. Stay away from enemy Vehicles and only use the Force on enemy heroes.
[edit] Vehicles
- Galactic Republic=A5-R Juggernaut and AT-TE
- CIS=Tank Droid and Spider Walker
- Galactic Empire=AT-ST and IFT-T
- Rebel Alliance=T4-B heavy tank and AAC-1 hovertank
[edit] Capture The Flag
The Rebel Alliance and Galactic Republic capture zone is at the Downed CIS Cruiser command post. The Galactic Empire and CIS capture zone is outside the Command Bunker 2. Snipers are very effective at defending the capture zone or assisting attackers, as are Vehicles.
