Known to Revan as the "Unknown World", Lehon, or Rakata Prime, was the origin of the Rakata. It was the capital of the Infinite Empire while the Rakata were Force-sensitive, and became the only haven from the disease and rebellion that ravaged the Empire.
Lehon had several ancient Rakata artifacts, including a temple that generated a disruption field which caused any ships in the area to crash on the planet. The Star Forge was located in this system.
