Obi-Wan Kenobi is one of the central characters of the Star Wars series, appearing in every single movie and having a pivotal role in the first 4. He is male human Jedi who took Anakin Skywalker as an apprentice, fought in the many battles of the Clone Wars andkilled Darth Maul and General Grievous. After the intitiation of Order 66, he severely mauled the new Darth Vader in combat, forcing him into his famed life support suit, fled to Tatooine and later trained the young Luke before finally being killed by Darth Vader, although he continues appearing as a ghost in the Force.

Obi-Wan appears in this sequel, where he is a playable character for the Republic and, rarely Rebels. He always appears in his "young" from, even when it doesn't fit the context. He can be used on the Death Star, Kamino, Naboo, Utapau and Mustafar maps, as well on Mos Eisley in the Hero Assault mode.

Gameplay-wise, he is effectively identical to Luke Skywalker and Ki-Adi-Mundi: all of them have lightsaber throw and force push as secondary powers, are very fast and agile, possessing Double Jump and Force Charge, and can block enemy fire (F by default) with their lightsaber (pressing crouch button while doing that will execute com

bat roll). Finally, pressing attack button right after doube jump will result in them instantly landing on the ground while doing a quick, powerful slash.

LEGO Star Wars series

The LEGO version of Kenobi appears in both games. He is a playable character widely throughout the first and second game, however, in the story mode when not playing on freeplay, the older version of Obi-Wan is the only usable form unless the player has saved progress of the original LEGO Star Wars on the memory card and the younger Kenobi is playable.

"May the Force be with you. Always." In both the original game and the Forces of Corruption expansion, Obi-Wan appears as the Tier 3 Rebel hero. He can be purchased at the Command Center for 2500 credits.

Like the Darth Vader and Palpatine, he can only fight at melee range, easily cutting down infantry and doing significant damage to vehicles. Against buildings, he can use the Force to shake their foundations, doing steady over-time damage until they collapse. It should be noted that he does a lot less damage that way then the Emperor and Vader.

His true power, however, lies in his abilities. The Force Protect will decrease the damage intake on any selected unit, including himself, and is always useful, although hardly game-changing. The Force Heal will give enormous health recovery to all allied infantry AND heroes in a large area, even to Obi-Wan himself. A such, you should always keep more damage-oriented heroes like Han Solo or Kyle Katarn near him in order to take advantage of this. If they're not around, this should be saved until Obi-Wan is near-death, so that you can then completely refill it. It's not advised to use it for your infantry, simply because they take damage individually and thus this power will only be able to heal one or two. Finally, he has passive health regenaration, which isn't much but it does make him more durable then other heroes.
