The Delvin Constructs Model Fac H-65 was the heavy vehicle factory used by Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War. Designed specifically to produce tracked vehicles, several of these facilities were purchased from Delvin Constructs by Rebel Alliance, who made arrangements with the manufacturers of the T4-B heavy tank and MPTL-2a artillery to produce their vehicles at multiple locations.
