Dash Renda
Dash Rendar was a smuggler who was friends with Han Solo and Lando Calrissian. He was the central character of the game, Shadows of the Empire.
He was presumed killed in when the Skyhook, Faleen's Fist exploded. He survived by making a jump to hyperspace.

The character of Dash Rendar is very much like that of Han Solo. It has been speculated by some that Dash is no more than a temporary stand-in for the famous Corellian while he was trapped in carbonite.
