The DC-15S blaster rifle was a blaster carbine variant of the BlasTech DC-15 blaster rifle. It was commonly weapon carried by the Phase I and Phase II Clone troopers during the Clone Wars, replacing the longer and less accurate DC-15. Its successor was the E-11 that was carried by Imperial Stormtroopers.
