The Delvin Constructs Model Edu A-46 was the officer academy building used by Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War. Even though many Alliance officers defected from the Empire or were promoted for their range of skills, the growing ranks of the Rebellion demanded that new officers had to be trained. The Edu A-46 officer academy building suited that need as it could be quickly constructed at any suitable location to almost immediately begin training new officers.
