An army would not be complete without the Engineer class to design and build fortifications and pilot vehicles.

Battlefront IIEdit

The engineer class appears in Star Wars: Battlefront II, but not its prequel, which uses pilots instead of engineers. The engineer in Battlefront II is armed with a shotgun and fusion cutter, with detpacks and a health/ammo dispenser in reserve. They are also able to walk over mines without them exploding, and can use their fusion cutter to disable to mines so other friendly troops can walk over them.
